Mary Stubblefield

Mary is no stranger to the escrow industry. She began her journey in 1987 as a receptionist for a family-owned business, while working toward her degree in marketing. Mary learned quickly that she had a knack for escrow. Moving up through the ranks throughout her career, she comes to us with over 30-years of experience in escrow and title operations, with an exceptional eye for detail, reputation for trust, and a commitment to excellence.
There is no greater compliment than inspiring others to be their best … and we certainly believe that to be about Mary. She sets herself up as the example in the office and in life, and it is our joy (and happy struggle) to try to meet her commitment to excellence and trust.
When she’s not busy holding everyone to the highest standards at Momentum, she enjoys traveling, wine tasting anywhere in the world and spending quality time with family.

Lyndel Armijo
Vice-President/Regional Director
Lyndel Armijo was born and raised in Northern CA and moved to Arizona in 2006. With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry as a whole and 9 years in sales, (6 consecutive being a top producer) Lyndel brings a wealth of knowledge and professional experience. She began her career in CA in loan funding and doc drawing and shortly after moved to the escrow world. Lyndel has been married for 3 years and has a 2-year-old son Cyrus and a 15-year-old bonus son Collin. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, reading and spending time at the gym.
Her years spent in the real estate industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable, at ease and heard with all their title, escrow and marketing needs.

Ed Watkins
Title Department Manager
Ed’s title insurance and real estate career began in 1986 in Los Angeles, California. Working in the many facets of the real estate/title insurance business, Ed brings a wide variety of experience to the table. With not only a long history in the title insurance industry, Ed holds real estate brokers licenses in Arizona and California as well.
Integrity, trust and hard work are the keys to success in the title insurance business. When you sprinkle in some knowledge and longevity you have a recipe for happy clients and customers at the end of a transaction.
Ed is the father of two grown sons, and family is very important to him. Ed and his sons played college baseball and consider themselves big baseball fans to this day. When not working Ed enjoys golf, pool and weekend road trips with his wife Christina when he isn’t working.

Ariana Arvizu
Escrow Officer
Ariana is Arizona born and raised and developed a passion for all things real estate early on. She started in the title industry at the age of 20 and has been hooked ever since. With experience in marketing and sales she began by helping real estate agents grow their business before getting the bug for escrow and transitioning to her first escrow assistant position. She prides herself in going the extra mile to do all she can to help clients experience the smoothest transaction possible. “I believe that communication and working hard is the key to success, and it’s especially rewarding working to facilitate the closing of a new home”.
Her enthusiasm and attentive work ethics enlivens the office. She is a reliable right-hand woman, and you will find that many of the items you need she is placing in front of you before you realize you need them.
When not working with clients and their transactions, she enjoys spending time with family and exercising her artistic side by crafting custom items to sell and doing hair.

Carlos Sisalima
Sales and Marketing Manager
Carlos Sisalima brings five years of customer service and marketing experience to the Momentum Team. Knowledgeable in both predictive analytics and graphic design, Carlos is your go-to guy for property profiles, farm reports, print and social media graphics.
Always looking for a new challenge, Carlos brings different ideas, inventiveness and creativity to the office. We look forward to seeing how the marketing team develops under his leadership.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, he enjoys soaking up all the Arizona sunshine and exploring our great state.

Cristi Harris
Project Manager
Cristi has ten years experience in customer service in the fields of real estate, title & escrow, construction, personal and commercial insurance. She has also assisted non-profits in California and Arizona with their marketing and events for over twenty years. Her motto is “Aim not to be a success, but rather to be of service.”
Cristi has an indelible appreciation for those around her. Her honest and forthright manner grounds the office and keeps the team on firm footing. Her passion for service not only to her clients, but for everyone she meets is evident the moment of first meetings. Trustworthy and dependable comes quickly as a description for Cristi of those who know her.
Cristi and her husband have two teen sons and enjoys spending time with them backpacking, camping and watching them play football and rugby.
